Dog Poop Pickup in Palencia
Weekly and bi-weekly cleanups for Palencia and Shearwater — from the Intracoastal to the golf course, we keep St. Johns County’s newest waterfront communities clean.
Palencia and Shearwater have seen some of the fastest growth anywhere in St. Johns County, with new phases opening along the Intracoastal and around Palencia’s Town Center every year. Bigger lots, walking trails, and a genuinely dog-friendly village core mean a lot of daily foot traffic through these yards. We run a consistent route through both communities so your yard stays clean between visits, not just after them.

Palencia Dog Waste Removal FAQ
Do you cover Shearwater as well as Palencia?
Yes — Shearwater and Palencia are both part of our regular St. Augustine-area route.
Is Palencia within your normal service area, or a special add-on?
It’s a standard stop. Palencia and Shearwater are a natural extension south of our Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee coverage, so pricing and scheduling work exactly the same as anywhere else in St. Johns County. See our St. Johns & Jacksonville Pet Waste Rules guide for a general overview of local rules.
We just moved into a new phase in Palencia — how fast can you start?
Usually within a few days. New-construction signups are common here, and we can typically get you on the schedule quickly.
Are there dog parks in Palencia and Shearwater?
Yes — Palencia Dog Park at 1867 N Loop Pkwy offers an off-leash area, and Shearwater’s fenced dog park adds a built-in agility course. Palencia Park, a St. Johns County park, offers leashed walking trails through green space as well.
Palencia has a golf course — does that mean bigger yards?
Often, yes. A lot of homes near the Arthur Hills-designed championship course and the Intracoastal sit on larger lots, which means more ground for our techs to check on every visit.
Do you service HOA common areas and Village Center commercial properties, not just individual yards?
Yes — see our Palencia HOA & commercial page for board-ready service details.
1,450 Acres Along the Intracoastal
Palencia is a roughly 1,450-acre development along the west bank of the Intracoastal Waterway, built around a Village Center with shops, restaurants, and 400,000 square feet of retail and office space linked by sidewalks and bike paths. Shearwater, just next door, adds its own amenity package — including a three-story water slide, a lazy river, and miles of additional trails.
Between the golf course, the waterfront trails, and two separate dog parks, Palencia and Shearwater see a lot of daily foot traffic through their yards. New phases keep opening along the Intracoastal and around the Village Center every year, so we run a consistent route through both communities rather than treating either as a special trip.
