Most clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. We also offer one-time cleanups for move-ins or special events, and seasonal refreshes.
How much does it cost?

Do I need to be home during service?
No. Just leave the gate unlocked or share an access code, and we'll handle it while you're away.
Do you leave the waste or haul it away?
We remove all waste from your property and dispose of it responsibly at an approved facility — no bags or bins left behind.
Can my dog be in the yard during cleanup?
Sure, as long as they're friendly and comfortable with visitors. If your dog prefers privacy, we're happy to work while they're inside.
Do you work in bad weather?
Yes, rain or shine, with exceptions for lightning, extreme conditions, or unsafe access. If weather prevents a visit, it's rescheduled to the next cleanup.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel service?
Yes, anytime from your client portal — no phone call required.
