Information you give us

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and service address, submitted through our quote form, onboarding form, or contact form.
• Service details: number of dogs, yard size, cleanup frequency, gate/access codes or notes you choose to share, and last-cleaned date.
• Billing and payment information entered when you sign up for recurring service, processed through our scheduling and billing partner, Sweep&Go (see "Payment processing" below).
• Any messages you send us by phone, email, or through the site.

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through normal web server logs and cookies.
• If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the data in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection.

Payment processing

When you sign up for service through our online onboarding form, your credit card information is entered on our website but is transmitted directly to and processed by Sweep&Go, our third-party scheduling and payment platform. Sweep&Go's payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.

How we use your information

• To provide quotes, schedule service, and bill for recurring cleanups.
• To communicate with you about appointments, service changes, and billing.
• To respond to questions and customer support requests.
• To improve our website and services.
• To send occasional service updates or promotional offers, which you can opt out of at any time.

• Sweep&Go — our scheduling, billing, and payment processing platform.
• Email and communication providers — used to send appointment reminders and updates.
• Service providers who help us operate our website and business, under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.
